Steve is a real estate developer and operator who has spent his career on the contractor side of the problem Cambridge solves. He cofounded Avenue Capital Partners and is co-owner at Treadstone Construction, a Cambridge-based residential construction firm. Over the past decade he has sourced, financed, and built renovation and ground-up projects across Greater Boston, from single-family homes to multifamily.
