Weddings at Swedenborg Chapel
50 Quincy St.
Cambridge, MA 02138
The Cambridge Swedenborg Chapel, a Gothic-revival stone chapel standing since 1901, is both a city landmark and a charming location hosting wedding services of all faiths.
Serving a congregation founded as the Cambridge Society of the New Jerusalem, the chapel nevertheless realizes the dreams of those looking for a chapel wedding with no church or chapel available to them.
The beautiful exterior only hints to what you will find inside, an enchanted space with stone work in the altar and a dark wood ceiling.
Swedenborg Chapel Venue Options
The Chapel features a sound system to project your voice and music selections, with a piano and organ both available for the ceremony. The different wedding packages at the Chapel offer you different options for your ideal ceremony.
From Basic and Expanded Basic ceremonies, to the Formal Wedding Ceremony, to the Candlelight Wedding, you may choose whether or not you desire full use of the grounds, the services of the Chapel Minister and wedding coordinator, or window candles and aisle candles along with the traditional altar candles.
