Latchmead Bed and Breakfast was built in the 1930s and was originally a farmhouse on a large estate in the countryside of Essex. The bed and breakfast has a variety of different rooms to offer guests. The rooms in the main house include amenities such as views of the countryside, TVs, tea/coffee makers, alarm clocks, and bathrobes. The rooms in the barn annexe include all of these amenities in addition to fridges. Continental breakfast is served for main house guests from 7:30am to 9am in the dining room, and breakfast can be provided in the guestrooms if needed. Guests in the barn annexe typically take their breakfast in their rooms. For more of an urban place to stay, check out the Varsity Hotel and Spa.
