The Cambridge University Olympic Gymnastics Club (CUOGC) is an athletic and social club that encourages its members to indulge in all aspects of gymnastics. From hopeful beginners to experienced competitors, everyone is welcome to practice the skills that make this a fun, challenging, and vigorous sport.

There is no time commitment requirement and each member can decide what the right amount of training sessions is for them, with average attendance varying from four times a week, to every once in a while. More than just training sessions, though, CUOGC also hosts social events several times a term for members to bond and support each other.

If Gymnastics Were Easy it Would be Called Football!

CUOGC trains members in several disciplines that require strength, balance, and elegance. Incorporating moves from various acrobatic exercises, according to the CUOGC website “gymnasts tend to spend as much time in the air and upside down as they do on their feet.”
