About Grillo’s Pickles

1075 Cambridge Street
Inman Square

Grillo’s Pickles is just what you think it is. It’s a restaurant. And it’s for pickles.

It all started in 2008, when Travis Grillo took his family’s 100 year old pickle recipe and sold the savory delicacy out of the back of his pick-up truck.

People from all over fell in love with the Italian pickle, which led Travis to take them to the Boston Common for sale.

After selling pickles in the common, however, Travis realized that wasn’t where it should all end.

He took his pickle factory to Inman Square, where he sells pickles and pickles ’em for distribution at retailers such as Whole Foods, Wegmans, and more, nation-wide.

The pickle flavors change, but expect to see a variety of decadent toppings, such as jalapeño and spicy pepper. The base of each pepper is an Italian dill which makes it so special.

At Grillo’s Pickles, you can stop by for the pucker-y treat or grab a Grillo’s T-shirt. You can also take some pickles to go or order them online.
