About Firebrand Saints
(617) 401 – 3399
Firebrand Saints has the plumpest burgers in all of New England. Plumpest—and maybe the best, too.
This Kendall Square neighborhood pub comes to local Cantabridgians and visitors alike from Chef Gary Strack. Gary is a Harvard graduate, but more importantly, he’s a restaurant revolutionary, and he brings spice, care, and flavor into every dish at Firebrand.
This restaurant pub has a variety of beverages and drinks you can slurp and sip on. There’s a combination of craft beers, ales, white and red wine, but what really takes the cake are the cocktails.
Go ahead: Order the infamous Firebrand Saint and you’ll see. Its infamy lives only in deliciousness, as it is made with thai chile tequila, agave nectar, and lime juice.
If that isn’t your style, order a Bitter Jack with Tennessee whiskey, lime, and bitters. You could always opt for a “White Trash” Margarita, too.
Aside from drinks, the food at Firebrand Saints is excellent, too. For starters, you can chow down on deviled eggs, tomato salsa, golden brown onion rings, or hand-cut steak tartare.
For entrees, treat yourself to the mezze or raw bar. You can also opt for one of their classic sandwiches (the fried cod is to die for), plump burgers, or slow-roasted dishes
Of course, make sure you have room for dessert. Firebrand Saints’ Apple Cranberry Fruit Crisp is made to perfection and will leave you walking away a little sweeter.
