Italian food in Cambridge is second only to Italian food in one place—Italy.

Yes, Cambridge is home to many pizzerias, each with flavorful crusts, cheeses, and toppings. We love the tortellini pizza at Otto. Looking for creative pizza toppings? We have those here in a review of all great pizzas in the Greater Boston area.

We love Stone Hearth Pizza, where Italian food is mixed with our notorious New England Pride. Stone Hearth Pizza is made from scratch daily with local ingredients. It is located in North Cambridge in Porter Square.

Emma’s Pizza is fantastic if you’re looking for that cheesy Cambridge slice, and so is Cambridge 1. There’s a reason it’s not Cambridge 2—this place is your best bet for slices that are out of this world.

If you’re looking for more authentic Italian cuisine (let’s be real, is pizza ever “authentic”?) head over to Rialto or Giulia.
