About The Abbey
1755 Massachusetts Avenue
The Abbey—a few thousand square feet of finger lickin’ good food. Located in Porter Square, this is the second location for the restaurant, opened after it received worldwide acclaim in their Brookline location.
Decadent Menu Options
Experience the crown jewel of lunch and dinner in North Cambridge. The menu boasts decadent small plates such as the crispy buffalo pork belly with bleu cheese, horseradish mustard aioli, and smoked cod fritters with chipotle sauce.
Looking for something bigger than a small plate? Feast on lamb lollipops, charred Caesar salad, a pan-roasted Idaho trout, or bison bolognese. And if that doesn’t have you excited, you can always opt for their burger or flatbread pizza.
Although meats are The Abbey’s speciality, they can also accommodate vegetarians and vegans. There is also a large gluten-free menu.
In addition to these tasty treats, the restaurant offers a wide selection of craft beers, ales, cocktails, and alcohol of all kinds.
Ale, Wine, and Cocktails
We recommend the Abbey Julep with bourbon, mint, and ginger beer. The house-made spring Sangria is a must-try, too, as is the French Twist (with a hint of pineapple—yum) Martini.
Call the restaurant now for reservations. You’ll see why this venue is a Cambridge favorite.
