This shop helps people living with AIDS, along with prevention methods and understanding the impact of HIV/AIDS in Massachusetts. According to their website, Boomerangs has “a wide array of high quality new, vintage and gently-loved merchandise, including women’s and men’s clothing, books, housewares, electronics and furniture.”

For those who want even more selection of interesting finds, the Cambridge Antique Market is absolutely full of great, antique items looking for a new home. While the Garment District may have 3 different sections in its store, the Market has 5 floors for your perusal, with 150 dealer spaces.

With this much selection, any kind of thrift or antique shopper will find a new treasure or old keepsake on their visit. Even though the Cambridge Antique Market is practically warehouse-sized, it’s located conveniently across from the last stop, Lechmere, on the MBTA Green Line, so it’s perfect for someone living in, near, or around Cambridge who’s looking for an antiquing adventure.
