Singles and Doubles Launch Site

The Singles and Doubles Launch Site is located on Magazine Beach.

Magazine Beach is a fifteen-acre public park located near the intersection of Magazine Street and Memorial Drive.

While you are there, be sure to visit the historical Magazine Beach Powder house. Built in 1818, this powder house was designed to aid the army and was later converted into a bathhouse.

Magazine beach is a short walk away from Whole Foods, located at 719 Memorial Drive, and Trader Joe’s, located at 748 Memorial Drive. Shop at one of these supermarkets or bring your own food and enjoy a picnic in the park while watching the exciting race.
