All eyes on Mother Juice

Mother Juice is opening soon in Kendall Square. Quench your thirst and your fruit and veggie intake with their farm fresh, quality ingredients.

The restaurant was founded as a food truck in 2012 by Ellen Fitzgerald and Laura Baldini. Fitzgerld and and Baldini started a Kickstarter campaign to bring healthy, wholesome drinks into the Greater Boston area. As of 8/25, $14,443 has been raised, leading the two entrepreneurs to begin their enterprise at 625 West Kendall in Cambridge, MA.

Juices currently include delicious flavors such as: The Moju (kale, cuke, green pepper, celery, green apple, orange, ginger), Peary Godmother (pear, celery, pineapple, mint), and Hangover Cure (watermelon, tomato, lime, fennel, basil).

Delight your tastebuds with a smoothie. They range from the ultra-yummy Mango Kick (kale, lime, banana, pineapple, coconut water, dash of cayenne) to the Acai Blend (acai, raspberries, blueberries, kale, tahini, almond milk, coconut), and more.

In the morning, the venue will offer breakfast bowls in the form of acai with a blend, pudding with blends (such as chia seeds), parfait, and oats.

You can also treat yourself to salads and snacks such as Mother Juice’s bangin’ Cauliflower CouscousZucchini Noodles, and Veggie Spring Rolls.

There’s a reason we’re excited for the opening.
